# Live brand-source record

Checked 7 September 2026 (Asia/Shanghai). Private portfolio reference; not client approval.

## Decision rule

Recovered VI governs the identity shown in the case study unless a newer approved version is established. A current website is implementation evidence, not automatic approval of its logo variant, typography or colours. Screenshots preserve the real page; they are not redesigned in the mockup.

## Findings

### Robotist

- Website checked: [Robotist](https://www.robotist.com.au/).
- Logo: [unchanged local download](assets/live/robotist/logo.svg); original URL, download time and SHA-256 are in [logos.json](assets/live/logos.json).
- No public brand centre found in the checked navigation, sitemap or indexed results. Recovered local brand guide available.
- Recovered reference: `E:/pulsebranding/source/Pulse Branding/Projects/Robotist/robotist-brand-system/robotist-brand-guide.html`.
- Palette observed in live website CSS: Base #060D18; Surface #0C1828; Ocean blue #4AA8C8; Arctic tint #A8DCEF; Off-white #F0F4F8.
- Typography: Live website: system UI / Segoe UI / Roboto. Archived VI: Poppins with specific roles and tracking.
- Source distinction: Website styling is not the VI master. The live SVG contains editable text with Poppins/Arial fallbacks; it is not outlined production artwork. The case-study identity remains tied to the archived guide.
- Colour source: [website source / stylesheet](https://www.robotist.com.au/).
- Captured pages: [Homepage](https://www.robotist.com.au/), [About](https://www.robotist.com.au/about.html), [Comparison](https://www.robotist.com.au/compare.html).

### NeoLabCare

- Website checked: [NeoLabCare](https://www.neolabcare.com/).
- Logo: [unchanged local download](assets/live/neolabcare/logo.svg); original URL, download time and SHA-256 are in [logos.json](assets/live/logos.json).
- Correction: the public [Brand Book 2026](https://www.neolabcare.com/brand.html) is verified. Its displayed version is 2026.3. The earlier navigation/indexed search missed it; the local `brand-hub.html` points to this `brand.html` page.
- Recovered reference: `E:/pulsebranding/source/Pulse Branding/Projects/neolabcare/neolabcare bi 20260323.html`.
- Palette observed in live website CSS: Void black #0A0A0A; Layer #141414; Sand-gold #C8B89A; Light gold #DDD0B8; Text base #F5F5F0.
- Typography: Poppins headings and body; Noto Serif Display italic emphasis. Text-base colour is composited at 94% opacity on the live dark background.
- Source distinction: homepage CSS above remains implementation evidence only. The brand book specifies Charcoal #1A1A1A, Off Black #111111, Mid #242424 and Gold Light #E0D0B0, alongside #0A0A0A / #C8B89A / #F5F5F0. These full brand-book colours now appear in the case and [project brand reference](brand-centers.html#neolabcare).
- The case and gallery now use the unchanged gold master downloaded from `assets/logos/NeolabCare_Logo_small%20gold.svg`. The white, dark and icon masters are shown as distinct variants. The previous white vector is byte-identical to the live white download, not a fabricated logo.
- Typography follows the book's identity specimens: Poppins 500 display, Noto Serif Display italic 400, Poppins 300 subtitles, and 500 identity labels. Its separate web CSS table specifies 400 body and 600 interface labels. These are documented separately rather than merged silently.
- The book also contradicts itself about minimum logo size and primary variant; the presentation follows the download section's gold-on-dark usage with the stricter 120px minimum. Its inconsistent product/efficacy copy is not copied into case-study claims.
- Colour source: [website source / stylesheet](https://www.neolabcare.com/).
- Captured pages: [Homepage](https://www.neolabcare.com/), [Story](https://www.neolabcare.com/story.html), [Freshness](https://www.neolabcare.com/freshness.html).

### WeKwikGene

- Website checked: [WeKwikGene](https://wekwikgene.wllsb.edu.cn/).
- Logo: [unchanged local download](assets/live/wekwikgene/logo.svg); original URL, download time and SHA-256 are in [logos.json](assets/live/logos.json).
- No public brand book found in the checked navigation or indexed results. The recovered 2024 case deck and original logo package are the historical reference.
- Recovered reference: `E:/pulsebranding/Case Study/Projects Case Study/WeKwikGene/WeKwikGene Case Study 2024.pptx`.
- Palette observed in live website CSS: Primary #144168; Web tertiary #58A6BE; Web secondary #EE8C00; Soft primary #EAF3FB; White #FFFFFF.
- Typography: Alibaba Sans, verified in the rendered live page.
- Source distinction: Do not silently normalise these differences: live interface aqua #58A6BE; live SVG aqua #58A7BE; archived case aqua #59A7BE. Live orange #EE8C00; archive #EE8D00. The 2024 case palette remains unchanged. This is the actual combined Westlake / WeKwikGene lockup, not a substitute university identity.
- Colour source: [website source / stylesheet](https://wekwikgene.wllsb.edu.cn/build/assets/app-BAo6srkd.css).
- Captured pages: [Homepage](https://wekwikgene.wllsb.edu.cn/), [About](https://wekwikgene.wllsb.edu.cn/about), [Browse](https://wekwikgene.wllsb.edu.cn/categories).

### Vodkiss

- Website checked: [Vodkiss](https://www.pulse-branding.com/portfolio/vodkiss).
- Logo: [unchanged local download](assets/live/vodkiss/logo.png); original URL, download time and SHA-256 are in [logos.json](assets/live/logos.json).
- No verified standalone website or public brand centre located. Recovered identity and packaging deck available.
- Recovered reference: `E:/pulsebranding/source/Pulse Branding/Projects/Vodkiss Vodka/5. Deliverables/Pulse Branding - Vodkiss Brand Identity and Packaging Design.pptx`.
- Palette from the recovered identity deck (slide 19): Core 01 #464D48; Core 02 #C9B875; Core 03 #5C6E3F; Core 04 #D8817A; Core 05 #708D8D.
- Typography: Recovered identity deck: Cinzel Decorative Black, Aboreto, Tw Cen MT.
- Source distinction: Logo downloaded from Pulse's published Vodkiss project. Palette comes from slide 19 of the recovered identity deck, not the agency website's stylesheet. No independent client website was verified, so no fictional Vodkiss web mockup was created.

### Pulse Branding

- Website checked: [Pulse Branding](https://www.pulse-branding.com/).
- Logo: [unchanged local download](assets/live/pulse/logo.png); original URL, download time and SHA-256 are in [logos.json](assets/live/logos.json).
- No public brand centre located in the checked navigation. Recovered Pulse brand-asset folder remains the master-source location.
- Recovered reference: `E:/pulsebranding/source/Pulse Branding/PB Brand Assets/Logo 2025`.
- Palette observed in live website CSS: Deep navy #0A1931; Light grey #E1EEF0; Dark purple #291C53; Mid blue #2163AF.
- Typography: These are named tokens in the current agency stylesheet, not a replacement for the Pulse 2025 master identity.
- Source distinction: The public PNG and its source are kept alongside the recovered 2025 SVG, not substituted for it. Generic Webflow component colours are excluded from this palette.
- Colour source: [website source / stylesheet](https://cdn.prod.website-files.com/673498ac936e891beb4335fd/css/pulse-branding.webflow.shared.d2479acb7.css).

## Search boundaries

The initial check covered official homepages, navigation/footer links, Robotist's sitemap, NeoLabCare's shared navigation, WeKwikGene's linked stylesheets, Pulse's stylesheet and the published Vodkiss project. That was insufficient to locate NeoLabCare's public brand book. The user's correction led to its direct verification at `/brand.html`. Other unresolved brand-center locations remain gaps, not evidence that no center exists. The nine-project reference library distinguishes verified centers, recovered guides and source-site references.

A search-service fetch returned an outdated/stopped-page response for WeKwikGene, but a direct fetch and the actual browser both loaded the current public platform successfully. Live captures, not the stale response, are the evidence used here.

## Nine actual page captures

### Robotist

- [Homepage capture](assets/live/robotist/home.jpg) — [source page](https://www.robotist.com.au/).
- [About capture](assets/live/robotist/about.jpg) — [source page](https://www.robotist.com.au/about.html).
- [Comparison capture](assets/live/robotist/compare.jpg) — [source page](https://www.robotist.com.au/compare.html).

### NeoLabCare

- [Homepage capture](assets/live/neolabcare/home.jpg) — [source page](https://www.neolabcare.com/).
- [Story capture](assets/live/neolabcare/story.jpg) — [source page](https://www.neolabcare.com/story.html).
- [Freshness capture](assets/live/neolabcare/freshness.jpg) — [source page](https://www.neolabcare.com/freshness.html).

### WeKwikGene

- [Homepage capture](assets/live/wekwikgene/home.jpg) — [source page](https://wekwikgene.wllsb.edu.cn/).
- [About capture](assets/live/wekwikgene/about.jpg) — [source page](https://wekwikgene.wllsb.edu.cn/about).
- [Browse capture](assets/live/wekwikgene/browse.jpg) — [source page](https://wekwikgene.wllsb.edu.cn/categories).

Screenshots were taken at the browser's normal viewport after page content and fonts had loaded. Robotist and NeoLabCare files are 1510 × 760; WeKwikGene files are 1524 × 767. These are selected viewport captures, not complete long-page exports. Native browser frames are newly added presentation furniture; captured pixels were not retouched. The capture tool's pointer is visible in some frames. WeKwikGene's cookie notice is preserved; no consent choice was made.

The original 2024 WeKwikGene HTML, when the explicitly marked live-web style and appendix blocks are removed, retains its previous SHA-256. Its original stylesheet and motion script remain byte-for-byte unchanged. The appendix includes local copies of its three captures so the standalone 8767 preview still works.

## Rights and claim boundaries

No live website or source archive was edited, and nothing was published. No forms, accounts, payments, orders or cookie acceptance were submitted. The screenshots contain live website copy, but do not independently substantiate prices, stock, scientific efficacy, partnerships, operational performance or business results. Original asset rights and final identity version still need confirmation before public publication.
